OHP 보존 아카데미는 역사 보존의 모든 측면에 관심 있는 주민들을 위해 무료 수업 과 워크숍을 제공합니다 . 이 세션에서는 오래된 건물 관리 방법, 시와의 협력 방법, 그리고 건물을 더욱 친환경적으로 만드는 방법 등의 주제를 다룹니다. 아카데미 의 목표 는 지역 사회와 부동산 소유주들이 역사적 장소를 잘 관리 하는 데 필요한 지식과 도구를 공유함으로써 그들의 역량을 강화하는 것입니다 .

Financing your Rehab
Need to find the money to do some work on your house? This class Rodney Cabrera from Firstmark Credit Union will walk you through the different options for financing your home rehab. You’ll learn about different financing products available, questions to ask, and what the process includes start to finish.
Breakfast tacos and coffee available. Registration required.
Class will be in the Board Room at the Development Services Building, 1901 S Alamo. Free parking on site. All attendees will need to go through security.
